Local & State Regulation
Working with state PUCs or state ISO/RTOs can be a time consuming and daunting load for development teams. We can help lawyers, engineers, project supervisors, and compliance managers navigate the complex web of state PUC, and ISO rules to get from pre-NTP to COD. We work with your team to consult through all stages of administrative proceedings.
NERC Compliance
